Prolific voice actor and iconic horror host John Kassir is coming to Haunted Harbor at Salem Horror Fest for a 30th anniversary celebration of Tales From the Crypt! Kassir is also the voice of Buster Bunny (Tiny Toons), Meeko (Pocahontas), Elliott (Pete’s Dragon), and hundreds of other credits in TV, film and video games including Rick and Morty, Earthworm Jim, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2014), The Grim Adventures of Bill & Mandy, CatDog, Hercules TV series, Eek!stravaganza, and Aaahh!!! Real Monsters.

More than 30 years after The Monster Squad was released, Andre Gower comes to Salem to premiere his new documentary Wolfman's Got Nards about its legacy and making of the film. A child actor staple in the 1980s television landscape, Gower has made appearances on The Twilight Zone, A-Team, Mr. Bellvedeire, Night Court, Remington Steele, Knight Rider, and T.J. Hooker.
The legendary Gill-man will emerge in Salem for a special appearance! Director, actor, producer, underwater cinematographer and stuntman Ricou Browning portrayed the Creature in all three Universal films, coordinated underwater stunts in Thunderball, Caddyshack and Boardwalk Empire and co-wrote and co-produced the 1963 production of Flipper.
George C. Romero, son of legendary director George A. Romero, will join Salem Horror Fest for a special one hour conversation with Daily Dead editor Jonathan James. Romero will speak about his twenty years of experience in the film industry, life with his father, and continuing the Living Dead legacy as he gears up for production on The Night of the Living Dead prequel Rise of the Living Dead.

She has starred in more than one hundred horror films including The Return of the Living Dead, Night of the Demons, Graduation Day and Silent Night, Deadly Night), written three books, recorded two albums, released her own horror-themed workout video, and has been an animal rights activist since the 1980s. Horror legend and professional stuntman Kane Hodder returns to Salem! As featured in the new documentary To Hell and Back: The Kane Hodder Story, he has made long career out of portraying some of the most prolific killers in Hollywood history - most notably Jason Voorhees from the Friday the 13th series.
Horror icon and legend Cassandra Peterson will host a 30th anniversary screening of her film Elvira, Mistress of the Dark at the opening night reception of Salem Horror Fest following the Salem Haunted Happenings Parade. With opening remarks from keynote speaker Ryan Turek (Blumhouse Productions VP), the evening program will also feature a panel discussion diving into the history and legacy of the world's most famous horror host! A pre-screening VIP reception will be offered for a very select few to meet and talk with Cassandra Peterson before the festivities begin.
